By accessing or purchasing from Divine Blueprint, you agree to the following terms.

1. Products
We sell digital (E-Book) and physical (printed) versions of "The Old Testament Was Always About Jesus" and related products. Digital products are delivered electronically upon purchase. Physical products are printed and shipped by our print-on-demand partner.

2. Orders & Payment
All prices are listed in USD. Payment is processed securely at checkout via Shopify. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including suspected fraudulent orders.

3. Digital Delivery
E-Book purchases are delivered via email/download link immediately after purchase confirmation. Please ensure your email address is entered correctly at checkout, as we are not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect email addresses.

4. Physical Products & Shipping
Physical orders are printed on demand and shipped by our fulfillment partner. Estimated production and shipping times will be provided at checkout or in your order confirmation. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

5. Returns & Refunds
Because E-Books are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned," digital purchases are final sale except in cases of technical failure preventing delivery. Physical product returns/refunds are handled per our Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual Property
All content, including the book text, cover design, and website content, is the property of Divine Blueprint and Jake Payne, and may not be reproduced, distributed, or resold without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability
Divine Blueprint is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or website.

8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
